Finding Your Pathway to Peace this Advent

Finding Your Pathway to Peace this Advent

Finding your pathway to Peace this Advent

If you feel like the world seems more distressed and so much of what we

Are seeing, hearing, and experience is beyond your control. This message of encouragement may be for you. This Advent and Christmas season I am cheering and praying for you to make your personal mental health and Spiritual well being a Priority. Making our own emotional and mental space a priority is in fact a “Spiritual Discipline.”  Matthew 22:39 “Love your neighbor as yourself.”     We need not declare superiority over others nor listen to the voices external or internal saying we are not good enough.

Receive this blessing from me and the bible. “I Praise you (God) because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works and wonderful, I know that full well.” Psalm 139:14

“You Are forgiven and Loved” Embrace your own pathway to Peace this Holy Season.

  1. Start and end your day with silence and practicing deep mindful breathing.
  2. Give yourself the gift of a walk outside if you are able.
  3. Light candles in places of your home you spend significant time.
  4. If you spend time daily on your computer or smart phone designate a sabbath time out
  5. Do not feel obligated to send Christmas cards or spend money on gifts simply because you did so last year, especially if you feel stressed about it before and after.
  6. Tell people you love, I Love you!
  7. Celebrate and elevate the positive things you believe in.
  8. Remember you are enough; “I am enough.”
